Warranty

Our pieces are made according to the highest TONS DE LI quality standards. Every TONS DE LI jewelry piece we sell comes with a 3-month warranty, starting from the delivery date of the order. The warranty only applies to factory defects and damage which has not been provoked by an incorrect use of the item. We will carefully study if, by any chance, the defect has been caused by an improper use of the piece(s).In these cases the warranty is not included:
Defects or damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Defects or damage caused by inappropriate use, lack of care (impact, broken crystal etc.) or accidents.
Aesthetic modifications, defects or damage due to normal use, wear and aging.
Defects that weren’t reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Save your order confirmation email, which is your warranty.

If the damages are covered by our guarantee, you must contact us at aftersales@tonsdeli.com we will send a replacement piece to you free of charge.

Please reach out to our customer service team at aftersales@tonsdeli.com if you wish to modify or cancel your order prior to shipment. To cancel an order, we require your request within 24-48 hours of purchase. We will promptly confirm if cancellation is feasible.
If you need to update the shipping address, this can be done only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Otherwise, please contact Royal Mail for further assistance.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

In order to enhance your shopping experience, we utilize an express courier service for all orders same day delivery in London, with delivery typically taking between 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
For deliveries to countries outside the UK, you will be considered the importer of record. Please be aware that shipments to destinations outside the UK may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient. TONS DE LI is not liable for these charges.
If a delivery is refused, the shipment will be abandoned unless TONS DE LI arranges for its retrieval by covering the customs fees. The amount of customs charges paid by TONS DE LI to release the shipment will be deducted from the value of the purchase.

Orders are shipped from London. You will receive a tracking number from Royal Mail within 1 to 2 business days. If you have purchased a pre-order product, you will receive your tracking information when the product release date arrives.

We will send you an email with your tracking number once the order has been prepared and shipped from our warehouse. When you receive this number, you can use it to follow your package on the Royal Mail, tracking page. If your tracking number doesn’t work, don’t worry. It may take a few hours to process the tracking and they only send numbers on business days. Try again a bit later. If you order goes through customs, we are not responsible for any additional charges involved. If you return items purchased to another address than the one that you’ve provided by email, we are not responsible if they get lost. If there are any issues with shipping, please contact Royal Mail directly and give them your tracking number and personal details in order to resolve it.

If you want to return your order for any reason, you can do so within 14 days.
Please, note that the products must be exactly in the same conditions (new) as received.
Customers must include their name and order number on the package.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges and eventual custom charges.
