Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send an electronic invoice to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. You must enter the correct email address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email to facilitate any future contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of purchase.

Payment

You may pay with credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. Stripe banking services manage all of our banking transactions. TONS DE LI does not store any credit card numbers.

Payment by Card

Pay securely over the Internet with your Visa, American Express, or Mastercard. Your payment is handled by Stripe with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. TONS DE LI does not charge any extra costs for card payments. However, your bank may charge an additional fee depending on your card and bank. When paying by credit or debit card, the transaction is subject to the card issuer's terms and conditions. If no payment has been received after submitting your order, TONS DE LI may automatically cancel your order.

Taxes

Ordering

Orders made in another person's name without their consent will be reported to the authorities. If a price is incorrect, TONS DE LI may cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid.

Returns

Consumers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it. This right only applies if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If consumers exercise their right to return an order, they should contact TONS DE LI to obtain the return address. Return shipping is paid by the consumer. If an item is damaged during transport, TONS DE LI should be contacted within 14 days for compensation information.

Warranty

Jewellery Warranty Term: Every jewel we sell comes with a one-year warranty, starting from the delivery date of the order. The warranty only applies to factory defects and damage that has not been caused by incorrect use of the item. We will carefully assess whether the defect has been caused by improper use.

This warranty ensures that you can receive a free replacement following the terms set forth herein and within the specified term and does not restrict any lawful right of the customer.

TONS DE LI reserves the right to adjust prices, involve additional costs, and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of our products. The pictures may differ depending on the colour settings on your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

Delivery and Cancellations

To offer you a better experience, all orders are shipped using an express courier service. Delivery time is 1 to 5 business days. We ship worldwide. Some countries are subject to import taxes, which must be paid when the shipment arrives in the destination country. Customers have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting TONS DE LI's customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when received. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of transporting the returned goods to TONS DE LI.

If you believe that the delivery is delayed to the extent that you no longer wish to fulfil the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. If the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until confirmed with TONS DE LI either by email or telephone. Complaints Terms

It is important that you carefully check your goods/products when you receive your shipment to verify that they are not damaged and are correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this to the carrier as soon as possible. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you should also contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please supply the order number and the reason for the complaint, and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to TONS DE LI should be treated as if they were faultless. The product must be packaged securely so that it cannot be damaged during transit. All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by TONS DE LI or its subsidiaries or licensors. Retention of Title

All products remain the property of TONS DE LI until full payment is made.
